Email Account Setup Guide
To access your email on the web: https://webmail.example.com/
1. Required Information
Your email address: muhasebe@example.com or info@example.com
Password: Example@19
Incoming Mail Server (IMAP/POP3): example.com
Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP): example.com
Incoming Port (IMAP): 993
Incoming Port (POP3): 995
Outgoing Port (SMTP): 465
Security Type: SSL/TLS
Username: Your full email address
2. Setup on Computer
Microsoft Outlook (Windows)
- Open Outlook.
- Click File → Add Account.
- Enter your email address and click Advanced options.
- Check Let me set up my account manually.
- Select IMAP (recommended).
- Fill in the following details:

| Username: | Your full email address |
| Password | The password provided to you |
Check the option that says the outgoing server requires authentication.
Complete the setup and send a test message.
3. Setup on Mobile Devices
iPhone / iPad (iOS)
- Go to Settings → Mail → Accounts → Add Account.
- Select Other → Add Mail Account.
- Enter your Name, email address, password, and a description.
- Select the IMAP tab.
- Fill in the following information:

Enable SSL; set IMAP Port to 993 and SMTP Port to 465.
Save.
4. Common Issues & Solutions
Outgoing email won’t send: Make sure the SMTP port is 465 and SSL is enabled.
Getting a password error: Enter your full email address as the username and ensure the password is correct.
Cannot connect: Check your internet connection and make sure the required ports are open on your firewall.
Old emails aren’t appearing: Use IMAP (POP3 does not retrieve old emails).
