The primary objective was to manage all city-related functions—ranging from transportation and bill payments to on-duty pharmacies and weather updates—under a single <strong data-start="426" data-end="439">Super App</strong> structure with <strong data-start="455" data-end="479">Single Sign-On (SSO)</strong> access.</p>
